As we continue to invest in customer retention, customer lifetime value and partnership-led growth, we are seeking an experienced Head of Loyalty & Partnerships to manage and deliver our client loyalty, partnership and affinity programmes.
The Head of Loyalty & Partnerships will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing client loyalty, partnership and affinity programmes once they have been identified and approved by the business.
The role will translate agreed programme concepts into clear operational plans, customer journeys and coordinated multi-channel communications. Working closely with Marketing, Commercial, Concierge, Product and Technology teams, the successful candidate will ensure each programme is launched effectively, managed consistently and supported by engaging digital and traditional communications.
This role is ideally suited to an experienced loyalty, customer communications, customer marketing or partnerships professional who combines strong programme management with excellent communications delivery and stakeholder coordination.
